As Father’s Day 2013 approaches…. Yes it’s this weekend…. Of course no one is aware because you don’t see or hear commercial after commercial promoting it as if it were Mother’s Day. To speak for myself and the overwhelming majority of Father’s that I know, to us it’s just another day to us. I repeat “to us it’s just another day”. In this country there isn’t any respect for men who stand up and do the right thing for the children they jointly bring into this world. All you ever seem to hear is negativity when it comes to men and their children, so why in the world do a lot of women try to steal the only day that honors thy Father by telling another woman HAPPY FATHER’S DAY?
For me, this is where it gets disrespectful, trifling, ignorant, selfish, and downright stupid! First, you will never be a Father because you do not possess the moving parts to claim as such! Second, just because you chose to run this child’s Father away for your own selfish reasons, you still will NEVER be a Father. Next, it makes you look selfish and stupid when you willingly accept such a gesture – See moving parts reference! A lot of men would take in the child and care for them just as good as a mother, but again selfish women wouldn’t allow this out of pride. They fear that we just might do a great job in raising the child, therefore making you look less than a woman to your friends and family! I know several guys who are single Father’s and I’m sure they aren’t accepting HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY greetings and gifts, because they know for one they don’t have the moving parts and two they know that they are (FATHER’S) and could never be a MOTHER!
So to all of you women who want to claim our day as your own, “WE THE ONLY SPECIES CAPABLE OF BEING A FATHER “ask you to please stay in your lane. This is our day so swallow your sorrows if you have a sorry man in your life, just remember you chose him and regardless of what you think of him he is still the FATHER of your child. Look in the mirror or see a psychologist to understand why you feel as though this ignorance is even going through your brain. HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO THE REAL FATHER’S, NOT MOTHER’S WHO WANT TO BE! THOUGHTS!!
