I was listening to a conversation between several beautiful, well spoken, successful sisters and the topic of dating outside their race came up. Immediately the guys around the table looked at one another and tuned in. One of the ladies said, “I love the brothers, but you all need to come with it”, and she went on to say that she keeps her options open and is currently dating outside her race. Another said, “Girl you need to go to Italy, because those Italian guys love them some sisters!” It was fun to listen to what black women had to say on dating outside their race, as they are normally the one’s having to answer questions about black men who date outside their race.

My view on the conversation these ladies were having is that a black woman can date a Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, or Martian man, and I’ll support it 100%! I mean what does it matter? Times have changed, and for those who can’t adapt to the change I advise you to crawl up under a rock and stay there. True indeed our country has gone through some trying times in the race wars, but it comes a time when being happy matters more than the color of an individual’s skin. I understand that people want to keep with “THEIR OWN KIND”, but what if “YOUR OWN KIND” has run its course and you are tired of the constant heartbreak?

My advice to everyone is DATE OR MARRY WHOM EVER YOU PLEASE REGARDLESS OF RACE, ETHNICITY, RELIGION, COLOR, CREED, ORIGIN, PLANET, ETC!!!! LIFE IS TOO SHORT!!! THOUGHTS?
